Curry is an Indian spice which is used in many exotic cuisines. However, its bright yellow pigmentation can stain your teeth. Because of its high staining abilities, you may want to limit use of the spice, or mix it with fresh fruit and veggies, like apples, cauliflower, carrots, and celery.

Balsamic Vinegar

Beverages, including tea, coffee, red wine, cola, and sports drinks can stain your teeth because of their acidity. Sports drink and white tea can even erode the enamel while sodas can encourage additional stains from forming. Even white wine causes stain as it can damage the enamel, so limit your intake of these beverages.
